Write to it, forward or CC it — including in a thread with a client. It finds the agreements, creates or updates tasks and replies with a short report.

In Slack

Mention it in a channel or message it directly. It replies in the same place; in channels with external people — only to you.

In a task

Assign it as the assignee or mention it in a comment — that is the assignment. It can also be set as the reviewer.

In a meeting

Call it by name in Google Meet or Microsoft Teams — it answers by voice and creates tasks right during the conversation.

Joins the meeting — leaves with tasks

Add QPM AI PM's address to the invitation or send it a link — it joins Google Meet or Microsoft Teams as a regular participant everyone can see.

  • Answers when addressed by name — by voice, briefly and to the point.
  • Creates and updates tasks during the conversation — for members of your team. Guests get no access to company data.
  • Sends the minutes after the meeting: decisions, agreements, open questions. Agreements become tasks.
  • Risky actions — in writing only: deleting, archiving and changing access are not performed by voice.

Closed — means verified

A card can be dragged to “Done”. But whether it is really done — the AI checks against the criteria and shows what confirms it.

Check on closing

The AI compares the task with the definition of done, comments and attachments. What is done, it marks; what isn't, it explains what to finish.

Acceptance, if required

A project may require confirmation: the reviewer is a person or QPM AI PM. The verdict on each criterion stays in a history that cannot be rewritten.

Disputed — to a human

Closing a task despite a failed check requires a stated reason — it is kept in the task history.

For engineering tasks, the AI sees the facts from GitHub itself: code merged, automated checks passed. In other tasks it relies on comments and attachments.
